Fortunate enough to possess international exposure through working with developers in London, Spain and the Middle East, and continuing to build his own portfolio across London, the South East, West Midlands and the North East.
In the past 6 years Saam has been a founding member of a Property Finance Provider which grew its fund from £0 to £300m and on course to fund 1000’s of homes across the UK.
Saam is also the founder of Property People which is a Youtube channel/podcast platform sharing ideas, stories & solutions with property professionals.

Sashi brings over 30 years of experience in commercial finance, having begun her career with Barclays Bank, where she held senior roles across business development and relationship management, including the management of high-net-worth (HNW) client portfolios.
She later worked with Allied Irish Bank, delivering strong results in securing high-value deposits to support the bank’s funding requirements and capital ratio objectives. In 2015, Sashi transitioned into the broking sector, where she continued to leverage her deep relationship-building skills with consistent success.
Sashi now joins Merryoaks Property Finance as a Business Relationship Manager, where she works closely with introducers and clients, managing relationships and ensuring a smooth, professional funding journey from initial enquiry through to completion.

Shannon leads marketing at Merryoaks and is responsible for how the business presents itself across brand, content and communications.
She oversees marketing across the business, focusing on how Merryoaks explains its work through social media, events, email and thought leadership. With a background in tech and financial services marketing, Shannon brings experience from regulated environments where accuracy and trust are vital, and brings that same mindset to property finance.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Shannon in the kitchen or the garden, cooking, planting, or doing something hands on to switch off.
